Close to the end of your Surgery exam, your teachers will ask you to write a report on a patient- Patient Hx. So to make things easier, here is an example of a report. Add a front page, change some contents relevant to your patient, and you’re good to go. Don’t waste time on it. Especially in Zil, they won’t read it. Worse, they will make you use it as rough paper to write the structural part of your exam. AIKS.
