Path Anat handbooks

If anyone needs them…

1st Semester
2nd Semester

Contributors

I’d like to recognise these people and their efforts to help out.

Karina’s DivShare containing Path Anat slides, mostly
Mazni’s DivShare Path Anat too but more macrosamples
Kenny’s DivShare interestingly, 4th colloq Questions and some OPX notes

Revised Path Anat Q&A

Currently, I have only corrected the first 2 Colloqs for the 1st Semester. I haven’t had the time to correct and re-type the rest, but rest assured that I am.

I did not correct these myself, but it was a team effort resulting from asking the teachers and researching from the handbook. Please remember not to use the older Q&A sheets, because of the wrong answers (not all but some).

1st Colloq 1st Semester
2nd Colloq 1st Semester

Path Anat 4th Colloq

I know that it’s random, and I can’t get all the macro/microsamples for the other colloqs but here are SOME for the 4th colloq.

Path Anat Exam Macrosamples

During the Path Anat exam, assuming you pass the written part, you will each be given a microsample and 2 macrosamples. Here are all the macrosamples you need to prepare in order to pass. Remember to identify each one, and memorise their description, definition, classification etc from the handbook. I’m not going to label these pictures because:
a) YOU have to do some work and try and identify them yourself. Then you’ll remember them better.
b) I’m lazy

Surgery Exam

Here are the essentials for passing the written part of the Surgery exam:
MCQs
Structural Cases
And a list of topics which you have to cover

(PS there’s more, look in the Divshare folder to see all the topics)

Other Surgery videos

About performing injections
Urinary Catheterisation
About stoma(s) and stomach lavage
Applying tourniquets
Removing sutures

These videos are crucial for revision and preparations towards your Surgery exam!

Surgery-bandaging

Here is the folder containing all the surgical videos on bandaging.

5th and final Pharmacology Colloquium

Here is the final colloq, which is the hardest btw. Along with the answers in RTF format.

(I apologise for the messed up boxes)

Pharmacology 4th Colloquium

Here is the 4th colloq in RTF format
